Scott Mingus’ extensive career of providing strong leadership, expert advice, strategic planning, and coaching across a broad spectrum of organizations from large, complex corporate environments, too small or start-up environments, is highlighted by a personal dedication to maximizing organizational efficiency and empowering others to succeed. Under Mingus’ leadership, organizations have been the recipient of numerous industry awards including being the first financial services firm to become “JD Powers Call Center Certified” and a finalist in the American Business Awards “Client Service Team of the Year”. 

Mingus’ business expertise spans multiple industries with worldwide responsibilities.  Cultural, language, logistical, and financial considerations were among the factor’s paramount in the strategic planning for successful corporate and product launches. These experiences and formal training have made Mingus a proficient public speaker and published writer, having spoken in multiple countries and published industry specific articles.

His experience in the financial services, healthcare, industrial metals, and software/hardware technology industries with companies such as GE, Lockheed, TD Ameritrade, and West Corporation in a variety of functional roles as well as pursuing several of his own entrepreneurial  projects, Mingus has the unique ability to provide cross industry perspective rarely found in one individual. This out-of-the-box, best practices approach was gained over his successful multi-disciplined career in sales, marketing, advertising, public relations, customer service, product management, project management, operations management, financial management, technology, strategy and analytics areas. This combined with his natural problem-solving ability has proven invaluable as he expertly consults with both small and large organizations assessing complex processes, product or organizational challenges facing today’s public and private sector companies. Mingus truly exemplifies the “big picture” thinker, always having the foresight to see the long-term implications of a plan.

 Mingus has been an active member of his community, participating on a myriad of boards and committees, a testament to his drive and passion for effecting positive change. The vast, influential relationships he has built over the years have strengthened his solid reputation among his colleagues and community leaders. Mingus graduated from University of Nebraska – Kearney, receiving his Bachelor of Science in Comprehensive Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing and, subsequently, completed a three-year Securities Industry Institute at the University of Pennsylvania – Wharton School. Mingus has held the series 7, 63, and 24 securities licenses, Nebraska Real Estate License, and holds two US Patents. He currently resides in Omaha with his wife and two sons, where he enjoys volunteering his time and talents to numerous organizations that support the needs of the community.

Leveraging these diverse skills, Neil teaches companies how to build effective products and teams leaving a lasting legacy of business and financial health for his clients.

With over 25 years of software engineering experience and 20+ years of leading development teams and projects, Jim Kudirka is the Founder and Chief Architect of Premier Software Systems, a company that helps organizations achieve sustainable and repeatable best practices in software engineering. He is an expert in software design techniques and engineering principles that optimize quality, time-to-market, and cost-effectiveness.

As a speaker, consultant, trainer, and coach, Jim dedicates his time to sharing his knowledge and skills with other software professionals and organizations. He has a passion for creating and delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders. Jim has extensive experience in agile methodologies, .NET, and RESTful APIs, and has successfully led and implemented several large-scale and complex projects across various domains and platforms.

With over 20 years in design, Robin has led successful teams and managed design operations. Her extensive background spans from the evolution of digital arts to roles such as college instructor in graphic arts and UX/UI Manager for apps and software.

As Robin progressed in designing applications for users, she discovered a crucial connection: how design can effectively serve its audience by capturing their voice and integrating it into the design process.

Robin aims to achieve alignment among Product, UX/UI, and Development teams to ensure a consistent user experience that yields a return on investment (ROI). She has built and organized UX/UI design teams from the ground up, including initiating internship programs to cultivate talent for UX and Development roles within organizations.
